It is with deep regret that I announce that SCCEA member Marianne Moody has passed away. Marianne was a court officer who was a first responder on 9/11. Marianne was one of the many heroes who suffered a 9/11 related cancer.
Sadly, Marianne passed away on November 23rd from her illness. Since 9/11 over 2,000 first responders have died from 9/11 related cancers.
Marianne was not only a member of our union, but she was also a national hero. I have listed the arrangements below, and I urge every SCCEA member to come and honor her service.
